Job Description:

Provide the best possible technical support to IKEA offices in Helsingborg. Responsible for digital products and platform support, hardware ordering, and lifecycle management of IT assets.

Job Responsibility:

provide professional IT support
implement projects and deployments
act as a business partner
provide guidance and knowledge in the Digital area
focus on hardware support
order hardware from external suppliers
work closely with Office Support, Startbox/reception and other stakeholders
ensure business continuity of Digital products and platforms
provide technical specialist competence
ensure projects in need of Technical Support receive such support
manage IT asset lifecycle
maintain accurate inventory
prepare budget input
procure new hardware and software
implement and configure new assets
