Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers, installers, and distributors, ensuring smooth operation of our products. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Provide technical support via phone calls to assist customers, installers, and distributors with system and network problems
Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients
Manage new customer activations and perform data entry into the company server
Collaborate with Internet companies to ensure modems and routers are correctly configured for compatibility with our products
Undertake additional technical support tasks as per the direction and need

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Support Specialist
Proficiency in Android Development
Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware
Experience with Dell Technologies
Proficiency in managing Active Directory
Experience with Apple Devices
Knowledge of Backup Technologies
Capability in Configuration Management
Proven experience in Desktop Support
Excellent Customer Service skills
Experience with Customer service software
Prior experience in Call Center Customer Service is preferred
