Job Description:

We are in search of a Technical Support Specialist, 100% remote, EST hours. Responsibilities include providing technical support for Cisco and Citrix technologies, managing cloud technologies, addressing computer hardware issues, and maintaining Active Directory and backup technologies. Excellent communication skills are required.

Job Responsibility:

Provide technical support for Cisco technologies
Handle support tasks for Citrix technologies
Maintain and manage cloud technologies
Address issues related to computer hardware
Provide support and solutions for Dell technologies
Utilize 'About Time' software effectively
Manage and maintain the Active Directory
Oversee backup technologies
Demonstrate strong communication skills

Requirements:

Proven expertise in Cisco Technologies
Proficiency in Citrix Technologies
Experience with Cloud Technologies
Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
Familiarity with Dell Technologies
Knowledge of About Time application
Experience in working with Active Directory
Proficiency in Backup Technologies
Excellent communication skills
