Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Source, assess, and guide a diverse pool of candidates through an end-to-end recruiting process.
  • Develop strategies to identify and attract top engineering talent.
  • Design and implement innovative search strategies that leverage job boards and social media platforms to proactively identify, attract, and engage both active and passive top talent, continuously raising the hiring bar.
  • Partner closely with the stakeholders to understand the broader talent landscape to enable proactive talent planning and pipeline management.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and data to address hiring challenges, improve processes, and maintain data integrity by reporting on pipeline activity.
  • Offer the best in class candidate experience throughout the interview process and beyond.
  • Align your recruitment strategies with the company’s growth objectives to ensure hiring initiatives directly contribute to our overall strategic goals.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and leveraging of internal sources of talent

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, a combination of search firm experience and start-up experience is a plus.
  • Experience in independently partnering with hiring managers and leaders on hiring initiatives.
  • Experience in negotiating, influencing, and driving results.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-moving, high growth environment.
  • Extremely self-motivated, goal-oriented.
