Job Description:

The Technician will respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure the proper functioning of tools and equipment. The role involves maintaining inventory, performing repairs, and adhering to safety and company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Responsibility:

Respond and attend to guest repair requests
Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies
Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping
Display basic computer skills
Follow all company and safety policies
Develop and maintain positive working relationships

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting
Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus
Driver’s License

Nice to have:

Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance
