Job Description:

This position involves maintenance and management of various building and mechanical systems such as HVAC, elevator, fire-fighting installation, plumbing, etc. The role requires both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as interactions with tenants and contractors. It also includes tasks aimed at energy efficiency and sustainability.

Job Responsibility:

Maintenance of building and structure, electrical and mechanical systems
Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance
Carry out inspection, testing and maintenance using ITM checklist
Attend to tenant complaints
Assist supervisor in daily operations
Manage work orders and job requests
Asset tagging
Monitor and attend to contractors and subcontractors for maintenance work
Ensure electrical, working at height, hot work and confined space entry safety awareness
Implement 5S practices
Work on green building and energy efficiency projects

Requirements:

MLVK / SKM / Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Air Conditioning, Building or Mechatronic
Chargeman, Wireman or CIDB Certificate (will be added advantage)
3 Year Relevant Experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
