Job Description:

The Telecommunications Specialist will handle service repairs for phone lines and internet connectivity, manage property main numbers, and ensure the accuracy of billing charges. The role involves coordinating with third-party technicians and handling the relocation or addition of cabling.

Job Responsibility:

Handle service repairs for phone lines
Manage and rectify any issues regarding internet connectivity
Ensure the accuracy and organization of billing and copies
Coordinate with the provider for any relocation or addition of cabling
Oversee the management of property's main numbers
Apply Yardi roll-over where applicable for main numbers
Troubleshoot any issues regarding Telecom and Internet Access
Dispatch and coordinate with third-party technicians

Requirements:

Proficiency in Communication skills
Familiarity with Cisco AnyConnect
Experience with Meraki
Knowledge of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
Deep understanding of VoIP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
