Job Description:

This role presents a contract to permanent employment opportunity, with a focus on customer service, account management, and financial transactions.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently and accurately manage cash transactions
Carry out the task of setting up new accounts for customers
Process customer's check cashing requests accurately
Handle customer inquiries, delivering prompt and excellent service
Ensure precise processing of customer withdrawals
Validate and process deposit transactions
Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and update customer records
Oversee customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary
Keep a balanced cash drawer

Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
Excellent customer service skills to handle client inquiries and complaints effectively
Strong numeric skills and attention to detail for precise cash handling and transactions
Familiarity with the banking industry's regulations and guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise interaction with customers
Flexibility to work during bank operating hours, including weekends

Nice to have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
