We are recruiting for a well-organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a leading business who have an excellent local reputation. You will be supporting a busy HR department with a variety of administration duties. This is a temporary role, starting immediately until September 2025 therefore you must be able to commit to the full duration of the role.
Job Responsibility:
Managing HR systems and records accurately
Communicating with external parties and internal employees
Providing support to various departments
Conduct weekly reviews of long-term absence cases to ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
Attending and documenting meetings when required
Supporting the team with HR projects
Completing letters relating to new HR cases and disciplinary/grievance meetings
Managing diaries and booking meetings
Requirements:
Prior administration experience with an exposure to HR
Strong IT and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise workload
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
