We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temp Procurement Coordinator to support our growing office. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, this role will assist with purchasing and administrative tasks to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in procuring interior furnishing packages
Compile and assemble project care and maintenance manuals
Update and maintain vendor information in the database
Coordinate vendor follow-ups and order samples as needed
Organize and maintain installation kits
Perform additional administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, and able to follow directions effectively
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
Experience with Studio Designer is a plus
Background in the Design Industry is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
