Join Our Clients Team as a Temporary Receptionist with an immediate start! Location: Bury St Edmunds. Contract Type: Temporary. Hourly Rate: £12.25. Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 08:00-18:00. Are you the friendly face and welcoming voice we need? Do you thrive in a bustling environment and have a passion for exceptional customer service? If so, we want YOU to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry!

Job Responsibility:

Greeting visitors with a warm smile
Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
Managing appointments
Handling inquiries
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A friendly and approachable demeanour
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
