Job Description:

Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join our client on an urgent temporary basis at their premises in Stirling. You will be focused on consistently creating a 5-star customer experience and will provide approachable and assured customer service. This role will ideally suit someone who has previously worked in a fast-paced front facing role in either a corporate/luxury hotel or showroom environment.

Job Responsibility:

Managing inbound calls - answering calls as the first point of contact
Booking in customers and dealing with enquiries
Ensuring that both the diary and customer database are kept up to date
Liaising with the workshop staff/suppliers and updating customers when necessary

Requirements:

Impeccable telephone skills and previous front of house experience
Smart, well groomed presentation
Experience of calendar management and bookings
Excellent computer literacy skills including Ms office
