Job Description:

As a Primary Care Territory Manager, you will represent Baxter's product portfolio, educating customers on legacy Welch Allyn product solutions, building relationships with doctors and nurses, empowering distribution partners for success, and achieving sales growth within your geographic territory. This includes travel up to 75%, and managing sales and promotional activities to improve product visibility and impact healthcare.

Job Responsibility:

call on key target markets including physicians, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent cares and IDNs
work with distributor reps and management to promote and sell a large and multifaceted product line
partner with distributors' sales representatives, providing training, motivation, and supervision to enable maximum sales
demonstrate and in-service medical equipment to physicians and staff
apply track record of successful sales to increase new sales within the territory
prepare sales plans and forecasts for specific target market opportunities
coordinate with technical and applications support resources to facilitate sales or sell repair contracts
create promotional, advertising and trade show activities to improve company and product visibility

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required
3+ years of outside sales experience (medical device experience preferred)
proven medical sales experience through distribution sales with the ability to empower distribution partners to success
experience selling medical equipment with connectivity is desirable
outstanding communication, negotiation, organizational, problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential for success
