Job Description:

The individual will be primarily involved in the administration and monitoring of various web-based credentialing or certification tests such as CPAs, LSATs, etc. in a testing site. This role operates in a secure, controlled environment that requires a high degree of integrity and understanding of confidentiality protocols.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting test-takers in the check-in process
Confirming the identities of test-takers
Conducting regular security checks
Handling light office work
Starting and stopping web-based tests
Ensuring all test-takers' materials are in line with testing regulations
Regularly monitoring the testing room
Maintaining the integrity of the testing environment

Requirements:

1 year of experience in a related role
Proficiency in Automated Testing
Experience in Identity Verification procedures
Strong skills in Administrative Assistance
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in using office equipment and technology for administrative tasks
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Understanding of test center procedures and regulations is beneficial
High level of professionalism and ability to handle stressful situations
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
