Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tier II IT Support Engineer in Tampa, Florida. You will be part of a dynamic team in the IT industry, resolving complex technical issues, maintaining system efficiency, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Handle IT support tasks ensuring smooth operations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365
Manage system maintenance tasks
Provide exceptional customer service
Ensure accurate processing of customer applications
Maintain and update Active Directory and Azure services
Utilize Cisco Technologies and Apple Devices
Oversee deployment of desktop and firewall systems
Use Backup Technologies and Configuration Management
Keep accurate customer credit records

Requirements:

Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
Demonstrable experience with Computer Hardware
Strong understanding of Active Directory
Ability to troubleshoot and manage Apple Devices
Experience with Backup Technologies
Familiarity with Configuration Management
Proficiency in Azure Active Directory
Experience with Application Deployments
Solid background in Desktop Deployment
Experience in Firewall Deployment
Proficiency in Office 365
