A rapidly growing, forward-thinking organization is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead and evolve its total rewards function, aligning it with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will be a “player-coach” skilled in payroll operations, compensation strategy, benefits design, and HR analytics, with the ability to innovate and build impactful programs. Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for total rewards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll software (preferably Paycom), ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and acting as a backup for payroll execution
Analyze payroll and HR data to create actionable HR dashboards using tools like Power BI
Lead the design, administration, and compliance of competitive benefits programs
Build and enhance compensation structures, including pay equity analysis, pay ranges, and other strategic components
Stay up-to-date with regulatory compliance, including laws related to pay transparency and other emerging requirements
Partner closely with the HR team to streamline processes and drive efficiency, while providing hands-on leadership to the organization
Requirements:
7+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, payroll operations, or HR-related roles
Proven experience in payroll operations and process improvement, ideally with Paycom
Expertise in compensation structure design, benefits strategy, and HR analytics
Proficiency in tools such as Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Familiarity with employment laws related to compensation and benefits
Strong communication and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration across dispersed teams
A hands-on, service-oriented leader with a collaborative and innovative mindset
What we offer:
