Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcoming guests to the office
Answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism
Providing vital admin support to the wider team
Managing fleet and fuel administration

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A university education is preferable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
Outstanding organisational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A keen desire to learn and an inquisitive mindset
A collaborative team player, ready to support colleagues and willing to work extra hours when necessary
