Job Description:

Training Lead is required for a 3-month contract with an option to extend. Responsible for designing and implementing a training program for a large ERP system, creating materials, and conducting training sessions.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and implement a training program for a large ERP program
Develop training material to support classroom training sessions and general instructional videos
Conduct training sessions directly or as train-the-trainer

Requirements:

Highly experienced Training Lead who has designed, developed, and delivered training for large IT ERP/CRM programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment or similar
