Job Description:

Our client is an investment company looking for a Training Manager to join their growing team. Responsibilities include analyzing sales training needs, designing and budgeting training programs, developing materials, conducting sessions, enhancing training methods, collecting feedback, measuring trainee performance, assisting in recruitment, coordinating with trainers and managers, maintaining updated materials, and staying informed on market trends.
