As a Compliance Trainings Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the effective delivery of learning programs.
Job Responsibility:
Executes administrative tasks related to learning programs
Maintains accurate records in the LMS related to training activities
Supports with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance officers, in France or abroad, internal trainers, trainees) to contribute to the successful delivery of learning programs
Contributes to the continuous update and improvement of the activity
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration or a related field
Good skills in Excel (Pivot table, VlookUp, HlookUP) and Office Pack
Prior knowledge of training functions will be a plus
French B2 (mandatory)
English B1 (mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
