Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Transactional Attorney in the Detail Oriented Services industry, based in Santa Rosa, California. As a Transactional Attorney, your main duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities from handling real estate matters to working on business formation and mergers & acquisitions.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements
Provide legal counsel on commercial lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual obligations
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring they are in the best interest of the organization
Advise on business formation procedures, ensuring all legal requirements are met
Handle legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, from the initial proposal to closure of the deal
Utilize your skills in Commercial Real Estate and Transactional work to provide sound legal advice
Apply your expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) to ensure smooth business transactions
Use your Juris Doctor qualification to provide proficient legal counsel and representation.

Requirements:

Possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Have substantial experience in Commercial Real Estate
Demonstrated expertise in Transactional law
Proven track record in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of detail oriented and ethical standards
Proficient in using legal research software and tools
Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance issues in the services industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to provide sound legal advice to clients
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
