Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial industry, situated in Lexington, Kentucky. The sought-after role is that of a Treasurer, who will be a key player in managing our financial resources and accounting functions.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process and manage financial transactions using various Accounting Software Systems and Financial Software
Oversee the management of capital and ensure efficient use of financial resources
Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ERP Solutions for resource planning and financial management
Maintain and update accurate records of all financial transactions
Ensure proper management of Accounts Payable (AP) and other accounting functions
Participate in the annual budgeting process and manage budget processes throughout the year
Use NetSuite and other ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools for efficient financial management
Assist in the transition process of the retiring Treasurer, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption to financial operations

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in a similar role or related financial sector
Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Familiarity with various ERP Solutions
Ability to use Financial Software efficiently
Proven expertise in handling Accounting Functions
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Capability to develop an Annual Budget
Knowledge of Budget Processes
Experience in Capital Management
Proficiency in using NetSuite software
