Job Description:

Multi-state personal Injury firm with office in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney. This role is to primarily handle a wide variety of personal injury cases, representing clients in arbitrations and mediations, depositions, and participate in trial proceedings. An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in litigation, with trial experience a plus. This firm offers a path to partnership.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a broad range of personal injury cases
Represent clients in various arbitrations and mediations
Participate actively in trial proceedings, presenting cases in front of a judge or jury to secure the best possible outcome for clients
Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft legal documents
Argue cases in court to defend the rights of our clients
Work closely with support staff in preparing cases for trial

Requirements:

3 years of litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions, mediations, arbitrations
Actively licensed in Washington state
Trial experience a plus
