Job Description:

The Trust and Safety Analyst is essential in managing fraud and non-compliant queries while collaborating with key stakeholders to protect the platform from malicious activity. The team operates on a rotating shift schedule as part of a five/seven-day roster during business hours. Ideal candidates may have experience as an Analyst or in a customer-focused role, with a passion for problem-solving, customer interaction, fraud prevention, and risk mitigation, all while being part of a collaborative team.

Job Responsibility:

Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries
Proactively locate fraudulent and non-compliant advertisements and accounts
Analyse and manage events generated by the suite of detection tools
Provide continuous improvement recommendations on detection rules
Identify fraud trends, and provide risk mitigation recommendations

Requirements:

Fluent English skills (verbal and written)
An analytical mindset and an eye for detail
Bachelor Degree
1 year of experience
Skills in fraud and non-compliance
