Job Description:

The LA office of a national firm is seeking a new trusts and estates paralegal. The attorneys in this practice group have a great reputation for retaining their support staff and treating them with respect. This is a new trusts and estates paralegal position they are adding due to growth.

Requirements:

5+ years of transactional law experience
Tax, estate planning, wealth transfer, and/or probate administration experience
Experience drafting estate planning documents from templates
Experience preparing individual and fiduciary income tax returns, gift tax returns, and estate tax returns
Experience with GEMS, Lacerte, Lackner, Wealth Counsel, or similar programs is strongly preferred
A bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate are preferred, but not necessarily required
