Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Airport Reps. The role involves welcoming guests, handling airport operations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for travelers.

Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcome guests at the airport
Build strong connections with guests
Handle arrivals, departures, and transfers efficiently
Deliver see-off speeches on buses
Monitor service updates and guest feedback
Represent company values and culture

Requirements:

Right to work in Türkiye
Live close to Antalya or Bodrum Airport
Speak English or German or Dutch
Fully conversational in German, Dutch, or Dutch/French
Friendly and empathetic
Dedicated to guest satisfaction
Quick learner
Enjoy fast-paced environments
Flexible schedule including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
Calm under pressure
Proactive problem-solving

Nice to have:

Experience in tourism
Ability to handle challenges in a busy airport environment
Respect for diverse cultures
