Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Airport Reps. The role involves welcoming guests, handling airport operations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcome guests and build strong connections
Handle all aspects of arrivals, departures, and transfers
Deliver see-off speeches on buses
Monitor service updates and guest feedback
Represent company values and culture

Requirements:

Right to work in Spain
Fully conversational in English and German or Dutch
Friendly and empathetic
Dedicated to guest satisfaction
Quick learner
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
Ability to handle challenges and remain calm under pressure

Nice to have:

Experience in tourism
Ability to handle changes and challenges in a busy airport environment
Proactive problem-solving skills
