Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Airport Reps. The role involves welcoming guests, handling airport operations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all guests.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome guests at the airport
Build strong connections with guests
Handle arrivals, departures, and transfers
Deliver see-off speeches on buses
Monitor service updates and guest feedback
Represent company values and culture

Requirements:

Right to work in Türkiye
Live close to Dalaman or Bodrum Airport
Speak Dutch or French
Fully conversational in English
Friendly and empathetic
Dedicated to guest satisfaction
Quick learner
Enjoy fast-paced environments
Flexible schedule including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
Calm under pressure
Proactive problem-solving

Nice to have:

Experience in tourism
Familiarity with TUI products and services
Ability to handle challenges creatively
Respect for diverse cultures
