Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Airport Reps. The role involves welcoming guests, handling airport operations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome guests at the airport
Build strong connections with guests
Handle arrivals, departures, and transfers
Deliver see-off speeches
Monitor service updates and guest feedback
Represent company values and culture

Requirements:

Right to work in Greece
Fully conversational in German
Friendly and empathetic
Dedicated to guest satisfaction
Quick learner
Enjoy fast-paced environments
Flexible schedule including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
Ability to remain calm under pressure

Nice to have:

Experience in tourism
Ability to handle challenges creatively
Enthusiasm for learning about products and services
