Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and helpful individuals from Kos or Samos to join our diverse team of Airport Reps. The role involves welcoming guests, ensuring smooth airport operations, and representing TUI's values and culture.

Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcome guests at the airport
Build strong connections with guests
Handle changes and challenges in the airport environment
Ensure smooth and efficient airport operations
Deliver see-off speeches on buses
Monitor service updates and guest feedback
Represent company values and culture

Requirements:

Right to work in Greece
Fully conversational in English
Friendly and empathetic
Dedicated to guest satisfaction
Quick learner
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Proactive problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

Experience in tourism
Experience in customer service
Ability to speak additional languages
