Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Airport Reps. The role involves welcoming guests, ensuring smooth airport operations, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome guests at the airport
Build strong connections with guests
Handle changes and challenges in the airport environment
Ensure smooth airport operations
Deliver see-off speeches
Monitor service updates and guest feedback
Represent company values and culture

Requirements:

Right to work in Greece
Fully conversational in Dutch or Dutch and French
Friendly and empathetic
Dedicated to guest satisfaction
Quick learner
Enjoy fast-paced environments
Flexible schedule including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
Ability to remain calm under pressure

Nice to have:

Experience in tourism
Ability to handle challenges creatively
Enthusiasm for learning about products and services
