Job Description:

We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals to join our diverse team of Contact Centre Agents. The role involves handling guest inquiries and complaints, collaborating with other departments, and working flexible shifts. Job Responsibility:

Listen and respond to guests contacting 24/7 from around the world
Proactively resolve guest complaints
Collaborate with other TUI departments

Requirements:

Right to work in Spain
Fluent in Czech and English
Ideally another European language
Efficient & organized
Problem solver
Multitasker
Good listener
Stays calm under pressure
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Able to work flexible shift patterns including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
