Job Description:

We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals to join our diverse team of Contact Centre. The role involves listening and responding to guests, resolving complaints, and collaborating with other departments. The job offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibility:

Listen and respond to guests contacting 24/7 from around the world
proactively resolve guest complaints
collaborate with other TUI departments

Requirements:

Hold an EU passport
speak fluent Danish
have good verbal and written English
willing to relocate to Palma de Mallorca
efficient & organized
problem solver
multitasker
good listener
stays calm under pressure
able to work flexible shift patterns including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
