Job Description:

We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals to join our diverse team of Contact Centre Agents. The role involves listening and responding to guests 24/7, resolving complaints, and collaborating with other TUI departments. Job Responsibility:

Listen and respond to guests 24/7
Proactively resolve guest complaints

Requirements:

Right to work in Spain
Fluent in Polish and English
Ideally another European language
Efficient and organized

Calm under pressure
Quick learner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Flexible shift patterns including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
