We are seeking experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Hotel Reps. The role involves creating special moments for guests, engaging with them to identify needs, promoting and selling experiences, and collaborating with colleagues and partners. Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
Engage with guests to identify needs and offer tailored recommendations
Promote and sell experiences
Handle changes and challenging situations
Collaborate with colleagues and partners
Monitor sales progress and guest feedback

Requirements:

Hold a driving license
Fully conversational in English and German
Dedicated to making guests happy
Quick learner
Highly motivated and target-driven
Able to handle challenges and remain calm under pressure
Effective communication skills
Proactive problem-solving
