Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Hotel Reps. The role involves creating special moments for guests, engaging with them to identify needs, promoting and selling experiences, collaborating with colleagues, and handling challenging situations effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
Engage with guests to identify needs and offer tailored recommendations
Promote and sell experiences effectively
Collaborate with colleagues and partners
Monitor progress with sales and service updates
Handle challenging situations effectively

Requirements:

Right to work in Greece
Fully conversational in German
Additional European languages are a great asset
Driving license
Friendly and empathetic
Quick learner
Highly motivated and target-driven
Positive mindset
Ability to handle challenges and remain calm under pressure
Clear and effective communication skills
Ability to present confidently

Nice to have:

Additional European languages
Experience in tourism or customer service
