Job Description:

Join the TUI team as a Hotel Representative in Heraklion, Greece, primarily for German-speaking local residents. This role requires digital experience and the ability to create special moments for guests while promoting and selling experiences. Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
Engage with guests to identify needs and offer tailored recommendations
Promote and sell experiences
Handle changes and challenging situations effectively
Collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners
Monitor progress with sales and/or service updates
Celebrate successes in meeting sales and/or service targets

Requirements:

Digital experience
Right to work in Greece
Speak German
Friendly and empathetic
Quick learner
Highly motivated and target-driven
Hold a driving license
Fully conversational in German
