Job Responsibility:

Do everything possible to provide genuinely helpful service
Help and guide international guests through the digital self-service and sales tools available to them
Fully resolve all questions/enquiries during your first contact with a guest
Hit your resort revenue targets by promoting and selling our TUI experiences to your guests
Quickly learn operational and company knowledge using several types of digital technology
Daily contact with suppliers, colleagues & guests in destination to co-ordinate the daily operation
Give support and reassurance to guests who are experiencing disruption during their holidays
Support colleagues at the airport upon TUI arrivals

Requirements:

A naturally helpful, adaptable and professional personality
100% guest focused - can interact with international guests, suppliers & TUI colleagues
Technically capable with a digital first attitude
Quick learner who has the willingness to learn and remains calm in a crisis
Driven by sales - can match the needs of our guest to the right products and sales channels
A highly engaging communicator who can build relationships virtually as well as face to face
Fluent in verbal and written Dutch & English, additional European languages advantageous
Driving licence required
