Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Hotel Reps. The role involves creating special moments for guests, engaging with them to identify needs, promoting and selling experiences, handling challenging situations, and collaborating with colleagues and partners.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
Engage with guests to identify needs and offer tailored recommendations
Promote and sell experiences effectively
Handle changes and challenging situations
Collaborate with colleagues and partners
Monitor progress with sales and service updates

Requirements:

Right to work in Mexico
Fully conversational in English
Additional European languages are a great asset
Hold a driving license

Nice to have:

Additional European languages
Experience in tourism or hospitality
