Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Hotel or Service Reps. The role involves creating special moments for guests, engaging with them to identify their needs, promoting and selling experiences, and handling challenging situations. Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
Make guests feel welcome and happy
Engage with guests to identify their needs and offer tailored recommendations
Promote and sell experiences effectively
Exceed sales targets and boost revenue
Handle changes and challenging situations effectively
Provide crucial support for high-profile cases and hospitalizations
Ensure guests receive appropriate care and help
Collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners
Monitor progress with sales and/or service updates
Celebrate successes in meeting sales and/or service targets

Requirements:

Right to work in Türkiye
Speak German or Dutch
Fully conversational in German or Dutch or Dutch/French or Polish or Swedish
Depending on the role, hold a valid driving license
Friendly and empathetic
Quick learner
Highly motivated and target-driven
Excellent in fast-paced and dynamic environments
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to handle challenging situations
Clear and effective communication skills
Ability to adjust communication style to fit the situation
Confident to present in front of an audience

Nice to have:

Experience in tourism
Experience in customer service

Experience in handling high-profile cases and hospitalizations

What we offer:

Basic salary starting at 22,770 - 27,325 TL net/monthly
Earned commission on top
Average commission potential starting from 10,000 TL per month with no upper limit
