Job Description:

This job is open to childcare-qualified individuals who live, and have the right to work in Spain, during Summer 2025. If you speak English, and either German or Dutch, and are free to work from March/April, keep reading!

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 or 3-12
Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Answer parents/guardians’ questions, resolve issues and adapt to guests’ requirements

Requirements:

Recognized childcare qualification/education
Experience working with children
Fully conversational in English
Additional languages beneficial
Fun and vibrant personality
Ability to lead sessions and work as part of an international team
Willingness to learn and commit
Adaptable and flexible
Ability to work well under pressure

Nice to have:

Additional languages beneficial
Experience as Childcare Supervisor/Teamleader
