Job Description:

Opportunity to work at TUI BLUE and TUI KIDS CLUB Hotels across Türkiye, with responsibilities involving childcare and guest engagement. Includes accommodation if not nearby, access to training, and career development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 or 3-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments
take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco
ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
answer parents/guardians’ questions, resolve issues, and adapt if possible to guests’ requirements.

Requirements:

You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians
a recognized childcare qualification/education will be beneficial
you are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team
willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure
you are fully conversational in English and ideally German.

Nice to have:

German language skills
a recognized childcare qualification/education
