Job Description:

This job is open to childcare-qualified individuals with an EU passport who are willing to move to one of TUI's holiday destinations during Summer 2025. The role involves creating unforgettable moments for children aged 0-12, ensuring high childcare standards, and participating in team events.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12
Participate in regular events (e.g., team days, parades, or evening party dances)
Ensure high childcare standards, including health & safety guidelines
Address parents/guardians’ questions and resolve issues

Requirements:

Recognized childcare qualification/education (e.g., bachelor or apprenticeship in pedagogy or similar fields)
Experience working with children
Fully conversational in English
Ideally fluent in another European language (e.g., German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Polish)
Fun and vibrant personality
Willingness to learn and commit
Adaptable and flexible
Ability to work well under pressure

Nice to have:

Fluency in another European language (e.g., German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Polish)
Experience in leading sessions and working in an international team
