Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and sales driven individuals to join our diverse team of Sales Reps. The role involves driving revenue through personalized sales, maximizing opportunities, and supporting guests with their needs.

Job Responsibility:

Drive Revenue & Margin through 1:1 sales, welcome meetings & personalised recommendations on TUI Experiences
Help maximise sales opportunities by uncovering guests needs and matching them with TUI’s Experiences
Responsible for meeting your sales objectives and tracking your performance using our Digital tools & platforms
Support our guests by answering questions, helping them use our App and website for experiences booking and service-related needs

Requirements:

Highly motivated, target driven & sales focused
Friendly and empathetic individual who naturally connects with people
Digital know-how
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Fully conversational in English & Polish
Driving license + own car is mandatory
