Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
make guests feel welcome and happy
build strong connections with guests
identify needs and offer tailored recommendations
manage changes and challenging scenarios
support high-profile cases and hospitalizations
collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners
monitor sales and service updates
celebrate successes

Requirements:

EU passport
willing to relocate for the summer
speak Polish or Czech
additional European language is ideal
friendly and empathetic
quick learner
good with technology and tools
can handle fast-paced environments
calm under pressure
clear communicator in Polish or Czech
valid manual driver's license
minimum age of 21

Nice to have:

speak another European language
