Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated tutors/mentors to support primary and secondary learners across Cambridge. You will provide personalised learning support to help students reach their full potential. Our student community includes learners who are not having access to education (due to various reasons), learners with English as a Second or Other Language (ESOL) needs and those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and delivering tailored lessons
Monitoring student progress
Offering mentorship to boost student confidence and academic performance

Requirements:

Experience in working with ESOL learners
Experience with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Patience and empathy
Ability to create engaging learning experiences
