Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Tutor to provide academic support and mentorship to students in various subjects. The ideal candidate will personalize instruction to meet individual learning needs, foster a positive educational environment, and help students build confidence in their abilities.

Job Responsibility:

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring in subjects such as Math, Science, English, and Social Studies
Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses to develop customized lesson plans
Explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Assist students with homework, test preparation, and study strategies
Track student progress and provide feedback to students, parents, or program coordinators
Encourage independent learning and critical thinking skills
Maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment
Stay updated on curriculum standards and educational best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) in Education, a related field, or expertise in the subject being taught
Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is preferred
Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
Passion for education and helping students succeed
Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
