Job Responsibility:
Support units to drive food commercial excellence through coaching, knowledge transfer and information sharing
Lead the Food Commercial Team through planning, coaching and coordinating commercial activities to deliver objectives and goals
Monitor units, competitors and the market to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities
Responsible to steer food pricing and ensure competitive pricing through collaborating with different stakeholders
Contribute insights and ideas to the market business plan as an integrated commercial partner
Responsible for forecasting and setting sales & supply country plan in line with financial plan
Optimize food sales, conversion, gross margin and profit and support units to address deviations
Responsible for integrating food into activity/commercial calendars by working closely with stakeholders
Plan, conduct, follow-up commercial performance metrics and act upon results
Implement common food commercial framework, standards, tools, and KPIs adapted to local legislation and laws
Lead food experience improvements and food innovation initiatives
Actively cooperate with key stakeholders across the business to achieve common goals
Requirements:
Formal qualifications in Sales, Business or Customer Management or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of experience in Business management or similar and delivering results
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and influencing coworkers
Experience of working with food trends, food modules, food experience development, multichannel customer journey and customer support
Experience from retail, preferably home furnishing or food sector
Experience in planning, driving output and measuring performance (business)
Nice to have:
Knowledge transfer and information sharing
Sustainability within food (sourcing local ingredients, circularity in production, sustainable materials and services)
