As a User Acquisition Manager, you will lead strategic growth initiatives, optimize marketing campaigns, and oversee a team of talented professionals. Job Responsibility:

Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Manage the growth backlog and run experiments across the marketing funnel
Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion rate strategies
Expand reach in key paid channels (Google Ads, Bing) while improving ROI
Performance Marketing Campaigns: Oversee performance marketing strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth
Lead creative briefing, testing roadmaps, and budget allocation
Tailor campaigns for specific local markets
Analytics and Optimization: Own the growth tracker, implementing rigorous data analysis (GA4, Appsflyer, Amplitude)
Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven improvements

Requirements:

Proven success in scaling subscription-based mobile apps in weight loss or health
Expertise in Facebook Ads with positive ROMI in the US market
Experience leading growth teams (Product Marketing Manager, Creative Producer, etc.)
Deep knowledge of Product Market Fit strategies, scaling buying volume, and funnel optimization
