Job Description:

Permanent position in Information Technology focusing on Quality Assurance and UI Automation testing with responsibilities including writing test cases, regression testing, defect management, process improvement, and communication with internal partners.

Job Responsibility:

Build test cases and leverage existing automation for implementation of testing of loaders
Build test cases and leverage existing automation for implementation of testing of APIs
Write test cases for QA Test Phase by using JIRA to investigate functionality, using Confluence to learn about new functionality, attending demos if necessary
Support failures of Automation in QA Test Phase
Write or update QA cases in TestRail (regression test cases)
Submit defects
Retest fixed defects
Analyze any warranty issues to make changes to existing functions
Implement process improvements to ensure fewer warranty issues in future PSIs
Assist in execution of manual test cases as needed
Review and rewrite manual test cases in preparation of automation
Send management daily reporting for statuses
Review and correct defects for Correct RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant work experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing or Project Management
Previous experience using API and UI Automation Frameworks such as Selenium, ReadyAPI, Postman and Playwrite, Pytest
Experience in release management within a financial services and/or outsourcing environment is a plus
Ability to be credible in communications with internal partners, executive personnel and clients
Strong Microsoft Applications preferred
